Salami and Aged Cheddar on Sourdough
Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 6 slices genoa salami
- 2 slices aged cheddar cheese
- 1 small handful arugula
Instructions
- Place the 2 slices of sourdough on a flat surface. Spread each slice of bread with 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard.
- Layer 3 pieces of salami on each sandwich half. Place the cheddar on 1 half of the sandwich, top with the arugula, and then sandwich together with the other half.
