A Grilled Corn Cob Bar is exactly what you need at your summer parties! Corn is the quintessential summer grilling food – because it is delicious! I do love a good grilled corn cob plain, or with a little butter, but I recently had some gussied up grilled corn and thought it would be fun to serve a DIY corn cob bar at a summer party. You set out the grilled corn plus all the toppings, and everybody gets to make up their own flavor combinations.
Don’t forget – this week is #CookoutWeek and we have a fabulous giveaway for you! What would you top your grilled corn with?! I like butter, parmesan cheese, chili powder, and salt.

Grilled Corn Cob Bar
Ingredients
- Corn on the Cob
- skewers, optional
- melted butter
- lemon and lime wedges
- grated parmesan cheese
- chopped cilantro
- bbq sauce
- ranch dressing
- crumbled bacon
- chili powder
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Remove the husks from the corn, and stick skewers through the center is desired.
- Grill corn cobs until lightly charred, set on a platter, and serve with toppings.
- To flavor your corn cobs, first brush with melted butter, oil, or citrus juice - these will help the remaining toppings stick.

I agree! It’s always fun to let people choose their own adventure!
