This Provencal lunch menu was so fun to put together. It brought back so many delicious memories of traveling to Provence on a cooking tour with Jon and his parents. We visited in 2007, right before the film Ratatouille exploded, and also before rosé was the fabulous star it is now.

During our culinary tour of Provence, we were offered three different wines at every lunch and every dinner! A white, a red, and an aperitif. We tried to many different types of wine, fell in love with several, and ate so much good food.

Wendy joins in a monthly French Winophiles group where they explore all things French wine – you better believe I begged for an invite as soon as I heard about this group! Wendy hosted the group for the month of February where she brought everyone along to Provence.
