Tacoooooossssss Am I Right?! Who doesn’t love a good taco? Meat, cheese, and veggies all rolled up in a warm toasted shell. I love it. I also love setting up these bar situations so everybody can serve themselves. It’s lazy entertaining because it makes less work for me.

Although, it’s also Not lazy entertaining because I still made and prepped all the ingredients. A bit of both, I suppose. This is how I prefer to serve food at parties, and it’s often how I prefer to serve dinner to just my family at home.

Set out all the ingredients your family loves. Do you have a house of avocado haters? (Sad) Leave them out! Craving onion breath on the regular? Add any variety you love. Two very important steps for your Taco Bar: season the meat/fish/main protein well! This is the base of your taco and it deserves the extra love. Also, toast or grill your tortillas lightly over an open flame. This adds so much texture and flavor to both corn and flour tortillas. It seriously takes a taco from whatever to OMG Yes!
