I don’t know if there is anything better in the summer than grilled meat! So smokey, juicy, nice crust, tasty and easy! We recently set up a Grilled Steak Sandwiches bar for a grilling party, and it was a hit. We threw a few large pieces of meat on the grill, set out our favorite accompaniments, and got down to eating.
Now, what goes better with grilled meat than beer? Hint: the answer is nothing. Set up that summer beverage station before guests arrive. Let everyone crack open a beer or mix a cocktail while waiting for the meat to grill. It doesn’t take much time at all for the meat to grill, so don’t start that until everyone is just about ready to eat.
David said my grilled steak sandwich was sacrilege – I put kale on it. Haha what can I say?! Gotta get those veggies in. I also added provolone cheese and grilled red bell peppers to mine. What will you add to your sandwich?
